                                                       E-mail Problems
   
  We have email problems again. This time Comcast has blocked all Cherry Hill Antiques emails. They think we are spam and I have been told the only way to get off the spam list is for customers to call and tell them they opted (or wanted) to receive emails from Cherry Hill Antiques. They said I can't do it the customer must get my email address WHITE LISTED. 
     Earthlink customers have had their emails changed to Embarq so please update these with Cherry Hill too. Embarq will not deliver any earthlink email addresses anymore. If you were getting Cherry Hill emails, are not anymore or if you asked to be put on the list and never received any, than call and let me know and we will fix it. You don't want to miss a single word. Exciting things are coming.

                                              Cherry Hill Expands Again

     Cherry Hill Antiques has run out of room again so they opened a new 1000 square foot section up. This expansion means 5000 square feet of prime AIR CONDITIONED selling space (no steps) which offers a larger selection of treasures, variety of styles, and prices. This also means there is some extra dealer space available to rent. We rented all our space but I decided to rent out one more room. It is the main vault from when this building was the first bank of Desoto County. The walls are at least a foot thick and is so neat. Renting in Cherry Hill Antiques comes with many extras.One of these extras is this website. Antique merchants selling in Cherry Hill Antiques can add their merchandise to this website to be sold by not only by walk in customers but THE WORLD.                                          Website Expands With Forum Section  

     We are also expanding this website www.CherryHillAntiques.com by starting a new feature. We are adding a forum type feature. If you have any questions on antiques or art, wondering what something is, who made it, looking for certain items, or have an thought or ariticle you would like to share with other customers/readers email me explaining what kind of help you are looking for and I will post on website. Do you have a collection that you are proud of and would like to show other collectors, than send us pictures and a write up explaining your collection.  If anyone can help you they can email me and I'll post that too. Please send picture if needed to help solve your problem or answer your question.  Shop Cherry Hill Antiques

      There are many reasons why people shop Cherry Hill Antiques. They have a variety of wonderful Antique Merchants, huge selection of product, taste, styles and fair prices. Cherry Hill carries everything from Primitives to Retro, M.A. Hadley to Royal Doulton, Linens to Quilts, Hull To Roseville, Oil Paintings to Paint by Number, Shabby Chic to Cottage Style, and even a year round Christmas area. Cherry Hill has added another reason; Antique seminars, which will excite your mind, and is open to everyone from dedicated browsers to Antique Merchants.
      Moving back into our newly remodeled store after Hurricane Charley means having more space. Two new rooms with a third to come. This new space means the addition of new Antique Merchants specializing in Depression Glass, Royal Doulton, Furniture (specializing in Oak), New England Antique Furniture, Primitives, Shabby Chic and Cottage Style. It will be hard to make a decison of what to buy; there is such a big selection and fair prices.
     But wait ther's more reasons to shop Cherry Hill Antiques. That reason is Arcadia itself. There are about 25 Antique stores and 2 Restaurants on Oak Street, a Hot Fudge Shoppe, and a few specialty shops. If you are a real shopper, it will take 2 days to discover all the treasures to be found. 

                                              Decorating At Cherry Hill Antiques

     Decorating still abounds at Cherry Hill. All booths are organized, colorized, merchandised, and decorated. Be sure you look up when you enter the store. there is usually as much hanging from the ceiling as on the floor, which includes decorated ladders, porch swings, screen doors, windows, and old signs. Customers are heard commenting on the "High Comfort Level" and how "Visually Stimulating" the store is, with the decorating, lightly scented potpourri, and swing music playing.

      Any treasures you see on Cherry Hill Antiques On Line are for sale. We do not have a shopping cart yet (will be adding one in the near future), but it is still easy to make your purchase. Email or call with item or items you are wishing to purchase, choose payment method, and give shipping address, and we'll mark it sold. If ther are any questions on shipping, feel free to ask.       Sorry we are not appraisers. If you would like an appraisal, look in the phone book or on the internet for a qualified appraiser. make sure you find an appraiser that is trained in the area you want appraised, (furniture, glassware, art, etc). 

                                                        Hours of Operation 

     Our normal hours at Cherry Hill Antiques is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sautrday 11:00 - 4:00 or by chance or appointment. We try to stick to these hours as close as possible but the antiques business is a completly different kind of business. We can't order our merchandise from a catalog so sometimes due to auctions, estate sales or house calls we may be a little late or have to close early. It is best to call if you plan on traveling a distance to visit antique stores. Most stores in Arcadia are open Wednesday, Thursday, Fridays, and Saturdays, almost none on Mondays, and a few on Sundays and Tuesdays.  Can't wait to see you all.

   Arcadia Florida is a beautiful drive from anywere in Florida, and is located at the "Crossroads of Florida", where Highway 17, 70, 72 meet. We are 45 minutes from Bradenton, Sarasota, Fort Myers, 35 minutes from Port Charlotte, 1 1/2 hours from Orlando, Naples, and Tampa,  1 hour from Fort Myers Beach, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Boca Grand, Venice, Anna Maria Island, 3 hours from Miami, and about 2 1/2 hours from Fort Lauderdale.  
     You will come as customers and leave as friends.
